  • Educational statement:

My professional career in broadcast operations began very early in life. Going to school while maintaining such a career is not an easy task but one I continue to be committed to. As my career progressed, it evolved into something that I can now use to help a wider spectrum of people and organizations. My record of specific, targeted certifications has proven very beneficial and applicable in various diverse situations. This knowledge now gives me the confidence to counsel others and make a positive difference. I’ve progressed to the point of working side-by-side with Ph.D.’s in the same consulting position that I occupy. I've also had the opportunity to act as advisor to those in my office in a Masters Program (Master of Quality Systems Management) and have even used my skills to act as an editor for a colleague writing a dissertation for his Ph.D. I will continue to seek out and take advantage of educational opportunities.

Qualifying Narrative

10 years in my current position as an Organizational Performance Consultant, has included leadership development, organizational development, executive coaching as well as talent management and given me the opportunity to demonstrate project management skills. I’ve delivered leadership as well as team building presentations. While I lead many consulting or improvement efforts, I’m also very experienced working on a team and collaborating in order to produce the desired results. Many of the team/coordination skills that I use today are rooted in my career in broadcasting as I worked on a crew strictly following directions to produce a show.
